2. Data we collect

• Contact details you provide (name, phone, email) when requesting a quote or booking.
• Trip details (pickup/drop-off, date, passengers, luggage).
• Messages you send via WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, email or our forms.
• Basic technical data (IP, browser) from server logs.

3. How we use it

To prepare quotes, confirm and operate bookings, communicate with you, comply with legal obligations, and improve our service. Legal bases (GDPR Art. 6): performance of a contract, legitimate interest, and consent where required.

4. Sharing

We share data only with drivers/partners required to perform your transfer, and with service providers (hosting, messaging platforms) under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

We keep booking records for up to 5 years for accounting and legal reasons, then delete or anonymise them.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise any right, email us. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
