1. Service

Transfers Montenegro provides private chauffeur-driven transfers and tours in Montenegro and neighbouring countries. By booking with us you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings & payment

A booking is confirmed once we reply with a written confirmation. Prices are quoted in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in cash or by agreed method at completion of the service, unless otherwise arranged.

3. Cancellations

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may be charged up to the full transfer price.

4. Luggage & passengers

Passenger and luggage counts must be declared at booking. Additional items may not fit and may require a larger vehicle at extra cost.

5. Delays & force majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, border controls, flight changes or other events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Conduct

Smoking, illegal substances and behaviour that endangers the driver or vehicle are prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate the service in such cases without refund.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the price paid for the affected service, except where higher liability is required by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Podgorica.
